Orders from your online store, turned into a quote and job in one click.
What this is for
Orders placed through your Sign OS online store land here, not in your inbox. Each shows who ordered, what, the total and whether it has been paid. Accepting one turns it into a quote and job so it runs through the shop like anything else.
What is on this screen
Each part of the screen above, top to bottom, and what changing it affects.
- Your store: address
- The public address of your storefront.
- Received · Customer · Product · Total · Status
- AWAITING PAYMENT or ACCEPTED.
- Accept as quote · Cancel · View quote →
- Turn a paid order into a quote and job; dismiss one; open the quote it became.
Before you start
- Your online store needs to be live — see Build your online store. The Your store link at the top of this screen is its address.
Step by step
- 1
Open Web orders in the sidebar. Rows show when it was received, the customer, the product and quantity, the total and a status — AWAITING PAYMENT or ACCEPTED.
- 2
On a paid order press Accept as quote. It becomes a quote and a job; View quote → then links to it.

Cancel dismisses an order that will not proceed.

Orders from a WooCommerce website arrive here too once that connection is set up.
Tips & gotchas
- The customer record is created or matched from the order, so a repeat web customer keeps their history.
