The job traveler
The run sheet that follows a job through the shop.
What this is for
The traveler is the job sheet that travels with the job — its steps, sizes and details — so anyone on the floor can pick it up and know exactly what to do. It carries QR codes you scan to update progress.

Step by step
- 1
Open the job and press Job sheet in the tab bar (under More on a narrow screen) — this is the traveler.

View job sheet PDF or Download job sheet PDF, and print it to send a physical run sheet along with the work.
- 3
On the floor, scan a QR code on the printed sheet to update the job's progress as steps are done.
Tips & gotchas
- The job sheet and floor scanning work together — print once, then scan its QR codes to move the job along without touching a keyboard.
