Let ReAct do things for you
ReAct can take actions, not just answer questions.
What this is for
Beyond answering, ReAct can do work for you — find a job, draft a quote, take you to the right place. How much it does on its own depends on your settings, so it stays as safe as you want it.
What is on this screen
Each part of the screen above, top to bottom, and what changing it affects.
- Approving the assistant's changes (Settings → Connections → AI)
- Whether ReAct asks before creating, updating or deleting anything: approve all actions, approve deletes only, or no approval.
- Approval prompt in the chat
- When it needs your yes, it shows exactly what it is about to do, as buttons.
- What it did
- Every action lands in the record's History like anything a person did, marked as ReAct.
Before you start
- ReAct is enabled and its approval rule is set (Settings → Connections → AI).
Step by step

Ask ReAct to do something, not just explain — 'find the job for Bright Signs' or 'start a quote for this customer'.

ReAct carries out what it can, or asks you to confirm first, depending on your settings.

Rate its answers under 'Rate this response' (0 to 5, with an optional note) so it gets better at helping your shop.
Tips & gotchas
- Set ReAct to confirm changes while you build trust, then let it do more once you have seen it work.
- Your rating on answers feeds back into making ReAct more useful — it is worth a click.
