Help/Documents & templates/Set your terms & conditions

Set your terms & conditions

The T&Cs that print on your quotes and invoices.

What this is for

Your terms and conditions are the fine print that protects you — payment terms, ownership, liability. In Sign OS they live on your document templates: a short Footer line and full Appendix pages that print on the documents that need them.

What is on this screen

Each part of the screen above, top to bottom, and what changing it affects.

4 — Footer — Footer text
One-line fine print printed on every document of the selected type.
5 — Appendices — per document type · Add appendix section · Enabled · Heading · Body text
